Position Summary

The Technical Execution Manager will drive sales growth of Cryovac Brand Packaging offerings by implementing programs and initiatives in late stages of development and early stages of commercialization with I&D support at customer processing facilities. 

Protect core growth and markets around Fluids sector through technical expertise of equipment, film and product interactions by assisting customers with challenging applications.


  • Drive sales and protect core business of Cryovac Brand Packaging at customers. Recommend customer process improvements to help improve operations.
  • Co-Lead with I&D and local tech service for new to market installations and applications at customer locations to ensure commercial success.
  • In partnership with I&D during the development and validation stages, commission new development systems, materials and/or applications. 
  • Engage with equipment engineering, marketing, and I&D on field applications to ensure our equipment and packaging offerings are market leading.
  • Be an expert source of market intelligence for Cryovac Brand Food Packaging, North America, and the equipment it runs on and the applications it is used for.
  • Report value calculations into C4C for sales & marketing teams’ analysis.
  • Develop and execute training sessions on vertical equipment packaging systems for other Cryovac technical service personnel, and occasional customer training.
  • Assist local tech service, field quality and customers in challenging operational situations, as needed. 
  • This role will work closely with Vertical Business Development Managers, Equipment and Applications I&D teams, and Sector Marketing leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in food processing environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in operating, maintenance and troubleshooting of vertical packaging equipment
  • Electro-mechanical aptitude and background
  • BA/BS/Tech Degree
  • Ability to Travel 50% - 70% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s License and Passport
  • Covid vaccine

Additional Qualifications

  • Food packaging knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to allow for successful interactions with customers and sales teams as well as the various functional support organizations within Sealed Air.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and C4C.
