Position Summary

Develop, maintain, and grow sales territory consisting of established and new customers in Central Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas.

Job Description

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts in Southern Wisconsin, building strong relationships across all areas of each customer account.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and execute strategies to grow sales in the established territory, meeting or exceeding yearly sales quotas.
  • Value Creation: Quantify and deliver value creation for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM/pipeline management tools (C4C) to drive collaboration, sales, and profitability growth.
  • Prospecting: Seek out new opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Problem Solving: Apply excellent problem-solving skills and ensure follow-through to the completion of all sales activities.
  • Expense Management: Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses according to the annual budget.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts of the sales support team, including Technical Service, Product and Market Specialists, Customer Service, Marketing, Inside Sales Support, Credit, and Accounts Receivable.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
    • 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Licensing:

    • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Travel:

    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
