What does a Graphic and Digital Service Representative do?


Liaise with Customers, their partners and all relevant stakeholders to support them developing customized print solutions, promoting SEE Digital offer as well as Connected Packaging services.

The elaborated solutions must be in compliance with SEE printing capability, timely prepared according to our standard service offer and in line with active SEE business growth programs.

Why we need you?:


  • Elaborate innovative proposals to support specific customer project and boost the business
  • Provide full support to Sales developing business opportunity as well as translating customer requests into dedicated project
  • Run pre-flight check of customer input data to ensure they are suitable for further graphic processing
  • Adapt/elaborate graphic files to submit required proposal for customer evaluation and approval
  • Ensure quality outputs going through positive release control process of the data elaborated
  • Match customer requested date to provide on time and complete service
  • Support Manufacturing organization to a successful print result

Qualifications :


Excellent communication skills (in English and French)

Proven graphic designing / printing experience in packaging

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
