What does an Onboarding & Software Success Manager do?



Sealed Air Australia is looking for a motivated and experienced Onboarding & Software Success Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team. Reporting to Director APAC Marketing, Digital, Graphics and Smart Packaging CoE, you will be responsible for working with both customers and our partners to onboard and deliver digital packaging solutions to our customers.


With strong technical understanding of software platforms and ability to understand the technical needs and gaps of stakeholders, you will communicate with customers IT and internal development teams to ensure projects meet the delivery deadlines.


The job can be located in Australia, Singapore or India. We offer flexible working benefit.

Why we need you?


  • Work with hardware lead and commission hardware and software systems for customer deployments
  • Ecosystem (discovering, partnering, contracts with appropriate ecosystem partners IoT, scanners, retail, integrators, MES vendors, etc.
  • Agile product management experience/ Jira management
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications that enable connected packaging and product cloud systems to work together seamlessly.
  • Work closely with product development teams to understand system requirements and develop software solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Understanding of software architecture design
  • Understand and support roadmap development roadmap
  • Lead and support for following application types:
    • Base software development support/development
    • New product module developments
    • Partner mobile application utilization
    • Integrations with customer software
    • 3rd party software evaluations

What we are looking for in you?

  • 5+ years of experience in software development/management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with equipment/manufacturing is a plus
  • A Self-starter and a Good communicator with strong driving ability
  • Skilled at working with matrixed teams and Ability to diagnose and solve customer challenges.
