About the Role

Sealed Air Australia is looking for a motivated and experienced National Account Manager to manage the ANZ Liquibox portfolio to achieve company objectives around growth, while maintaining existing market share and delivering on new business opportunities. 

Reporting directly to the Executive Director – Sales & Strategy, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Liquibox business and accounts across Australia. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Accountable for achievement of annual sales and profit targets for LB business covering both packaging material and equipment. 
  • In collaboration with area Business Development Teams and Technical Teams, prospect and develop new business and execute the projects.
  • Wherever needed, collaborate with the respective sector, application development and key accounts teams to execute special sector strategies.
  • Ensure high level of commitment and competence through proper communication, goal setting and training. 
  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise and local intelligence.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to the company’s policies. Including, those relating to Safety, Quality and EEO.

What we are looking for in you?

  • Proven leadership in a commercial sales role with packaging experience dealing with Dairy and / or wine industries.
  • Strong key account management ability and new business development hunting ability.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong business acumen. 
  • Strong relationship builder with ability to communicate at all levels of the company.
  • The role requires regular interregional and domestic travel, candidate will need to be able to meet this requirement. 
  • Level of Tertiary Education (preferred but not required).
