What does an EPO Quality Manager do?

The EPO Quality Manager, located in Foshan, China, HELP US to make quality assurance for outsourced products to deliver value to our internal customers. EPO Quality Manager also needs to improve product quality and supplier quality management and win satisfaction from our external customers. Targeting to the world class manufacturing. 

Why we need you?

  • To use your leading continuous improvement methodologies in quality (lean. Six Sigma, TPS, etc.) to design, implement and maintain effective quality management systems across the China supplier base in accordance with customer, SAC corporate, government regulatory or ISO certification requirements.
  • You will use your solid supplier management experience to establish and rollout quality metrics to monitor performance and direct quality improvement projects as well as conduct quality management system audits for potential suppliers to qualify their status to supply SAC.
  • You will use your solid quality function experience to ensure product specifications are in place for all products and integrated into the suppliers quality management systems. Ensure test methods and equipment (ie measurement systems) is in place to confirm SAC products conformance to the relevant specifications. Ensure new products and product extensions are introduced in a systematic way and ensure customer requirements are achieved.
  • You will leverage your strong leadership skill to provide training, coaching and mentoring to suppliers and staff to up skill there knowledge of SAC and best practice quality and manufacturing practices.
  • Your fluent English skill will help you to be an active communicator to liaise with other functions and regions across SAC to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and the organization drives for total customer satisfaction.
  • To use your technical expertise and agility to ensure customers’ complaints and issues are addressed professionally in time and corrective actions are taken by the appropriate people.
