Your Roles and Responsibilities

As a Group Process Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – leading from the front and making a real difference every day. You’ll: 

  • Put safety first – Be a visible safety leader, championing best practice and looking out for your team’s wellbeing.
  • Streamline how we work – Use your knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or just smart, practical thinking to improve our processes, boost efficiency, and reduce waste.
  • Take charge of key projects – From machine upgrades to launching new products, you’ll lead initiatives that keep us ahead of the game.
  • Support great customer outcomes – Work with our technical and commercial teams to ensure new product rollouts go smoothly and customer needs are met.
  • Keep our standards high – Maintain strong focus on product quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety and HACCP protocols.
  • Solve problems before they become problems – Lead structured problem-solving, Kaizen activities, and root cause analysis to drive long-term improvements.
  • Build capability – Coach, mentor, and support team members, creating a positive, high-performing culture that’s proud to deliver.
  • Get stuck in – This is a hands-on leadership role where your voice and action will shape day-to-day success. 

What We're Looking For:

We’re after someone practical, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

  • A solid technical background – You might have an engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a production environment using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root cause analysis (RCA), and other methodologies.
  • Proven process improvement know-how – Whether it’s Lean, Six Sigma, or real-world problem solving, you know how to drive smart change.
  • Leadership that inspires – You’ve led teams through change, brought people with you, and built trust at every level.
  • A knack for troubleshooting – You’re analytical, solutions-focused, and great at making sense of data and processes.
  • Great people skills – You can communicate clearly, work cross-functionally, and influence outcomes in a collaborative way.
  • Confidence with tools and tech – You’re comfortable using digital tools like Excel and other systems to track and report performance.
  • An eye on the bigger picture – You’re not just about the day-to-day – you’re thinking about how we can do better tomorrow.
