Job Description

 

The Printing Operator is responsible for supporting individual press performance in accordance with the Sealed Air Performance Management System (PMS) environment.   This includes but not limited to meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.

 

The successful applicant will have the ability to:

  • Work rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
  • Work unsupervised. 
  • Trouble shoot and help correct problems.
  • Think beyond what’s happening in a pressure situation.
  • Perform tasks efficiently.
  • Accept responsibility for production quality daily.
  • Follow directives and procedures.
  • Maintain stock control, advising as to needs and ordering as requested.
  • Effectively manage time to ensure completion of all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

 

  • Formal Printing Qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar position/industry
  • Experience using W&H Press
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy
