Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required; 1 year of factory related work experience in-lieu of HSD/GED • Successfully pass a criminal background screening and drug test • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and stand for periods of up to 7 hours at a time • Basic hand tool skills • Must be able to perform repetitive assembly using hands and arms which includes bending and stretching • Must be able to wear steel toed boots, safety glasses • Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish preferred

• Follows and adheres to all company Quality standards • Performs in-process quality checks • Packs rolls, envelopes or other products into bags or boxes and stacks them onto pallets. • Verifies each box has the correct number of items inside and verifies the weight to be correct using the check weighing system • Communicates all issues with the Level 3 Operator, Production Support Associate, and Supervisor • Supports business needs by working overtime and on weekends as necessary to satisfy schedule requirements • Serves as an Operator Level 1 when necessary • Supports business needs by working overtime and on weekends as necessary to satisfy schedule requirements • Perform others tasks as assigned

Job Description
- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand
- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature
- Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials
- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing
- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations
- Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
