Inspector/Packer Ashland – 2nd and 3rd Shift

Shift Hours: 
2nd shift (3p-1a) 
3rd shift (9p-7a) 

Compensation:  
$18.50 per hour 
$2.00 shift premium 2nd shift 
$1.00 shift premium 3rd shift 

The Inspector/Packer is responsible for: 
The primary function of the Inspector/Packer is inspecting and packing bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. 
Day-to-day, you can find yourself working on: 
Ensure that quality standards are upheld and that any suspect or defective product is reported for review and decision. 
Ensure that box/tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification. 
Complete all documentation completely and accurately.  
Who you are: 
Anyone, no experience required. 
Punctual and motivated to do quality work. 
Individual with a mindset on sustainability and want to work in a place with like-mindedness.

Machine Operator

Bag Machine Operator Ashland 2nd and 3rd shift

Compensation: 
$21.25 per hour 
$2.00 shift premium 2nd shift 
$1.00 shift premium 3rd shift 

The Bag Machine Operator is responsible for: 
The primary function of the Inspector/Packer is inspecting and packing bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. 
Day-to-day, you can find yourself working on: 
Assistance in setting up and operating bag machines and supporting equipment according to product specifications and as scheduled by management in a timely manner. 
Ensure that quality standards are upheld and that any suspect or defective product is reported to be appropriately destroyed or placed on hold for review and decision. 
Fill in and relieve for other production floor positions as assigned. 
Who you are: 
Previous machine operator experience preferred, not required. 
Punctual and motivated to do quality work. 
Individual with a mindset on sustainability and want to work in a place with like-mindedness.
