O que você fará como Account Manager na SEE?

Como Account Manager na SEE, você será responsável por cuidar uma carteira de clientes e planejar as visitas e reuniões com eles, pela negociação do preço dos produtos e ou serviços, negociação de prazos, condições de pagamento e pós vendas. Também de coordenar as datas de entrega ou retirada dos produtos ou de instalação de serviços. Você terá toda uma equipe de suporte que lhe ajudará a ter sucesso e criar um forte relacionamento com os nossos clientes.

Quais serão as suas principais responsabilidades?

  • Conquistar e manter clientes do seu território de acordo com planejamento estratégico de vendas mensais, cíclicas e anuais estipuladas.
  • Mapeamento de oportunidades de negócios como embalagens, equipamentos e serviços  e elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais
  • Negociação de preços e prazos de pagamento de acordo com as políticas da cia.
  • Manter relacionamentos em todos os níveis hierárquicos dos clientes e fazer o elo com as nossas áreas internas em comum como Marketing, engenharia, P&D, qualidade , C&C, etc...,
  • Mapear o território para saber onde estão geograficamente os clientes e elaborar planos de visitas
  • Interagir com Customer Service para gestão dos pedidos, entrega dos mesmo e ações de pós vendas.
  • Realizar o pós-venda identificando eventuais problemas, necessidades e ou propor melhorias.
  • Manter o cadastro de clientes atualizados, bem como, prover a manutenção do sistema a fim de subsidiar a Cia. Com informações corretas e atualizadas dos clientes.

O que você precisa para ter sucesso nesta posição?

  • Experiência em vendas tecnicas, preferentemente no setor de embalagens ou alimentos.
  • Perfil 50% Farmer / 50% Hunter.
  • Preferentemente com domínio nos idiomas inglês e espanhol, a nível conversacional.
  • Alto nível de energia empreendedora e orientado 100% ao cliente.
