Job Description

The continuous improvement analyst ensures the compliance of best practice standards and develops and leads continuous improvement projects and OPEX initiatives. He needs to ensure all the organizations are using the correct and most effective systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are using the correct targets and goals
Make efficiency analysis and pushes for operational plans
Audit operation to ensure the usage of correct methodologies and standards
Implement WCM tools and processes
Ensure global standards are reapplied in the Jaguariuna plant as best practices
Leverage a zero harm and zero defects culture and a continuous improvement environment
Develops and leads continuous improvement projects and OPEX initiatives

Qualifications

Fully bilingual: Portuguese / English.
Good communication, organization, and presentation skills
Must excel in planning and establishing priorities while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Must be familiar with Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred)
Must have advanced Office pack habilities
Hands-on profile with Shop floor experience
