O que você fará como Engenheiro de Qualidade na SE?

O Engenheiro de Qualidade na SEE desempenha um papel fundamental na harmonização da Voz do Processo com a Voz do Cliente. O papel é responsável principalmente por analisar a Voz do Cliente (reclamações, rejeições, etc.) para definir, criar, implementar e melhorar os sistemas de qualidade e segurança alimentar. O Engenheiro de Qualidade é responsável por iniciar a análise de causa raiz e o processo CAPA dentro das outras áreas de fabricação e funcionais (produção, engenharia, manutenção, treinamento, armazém) e garantir que a resposta aos clientes seja pontual.

Por que precisamos de você?

  • Revisar e acompanhar reclamações e rejeições.
  • Análises de qualidade baseadas no cálculo de PPM.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas a clientes, quando necessário.
  • Liderar e realizar Análises de Causa Raiz.
  • Garantir o processo CAPA para reclamações e rejeições.
  • Definir, atualizar e implementar Planos de Controle.
  • Participar no processo de novos produtos (TDOs).
  • Preparar Cartas de Resposta ao Cliente.
  • Implementação e manutenção do GMP (Good Manufacturing Program).

Quais habilidades você precisa para ter sucesso?

  • Esta posição está pensada num profissional com experiência 100% voltada ao cliente, gerenciando reclamações de não conformidade externas e internas.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas para conduzir análises precisas de causa raiz, definir ações corretivas e resolver falhas operacionais.
  • Nível avançado de inglês. Neste ponto, o candidato deve ser capaz de defender uma opinião ou argumentar quando necessário. (Não negociável).
  • Experiência em processos de fabricação, preferentemente embalagens ou industria alimentar.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de melhoria contínua: Six Sigma, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.
