Job Description

The Program Lead, Commercial Integrated Business Planning is responsible for leading the new process design, implementation and integrity working closely with functional area leaders across the South America organization.  This role will provide leadership in education and support to process owners as we transform our traditional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes into a best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a change agent for the organization
  • Develop working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and ability to articulate key process objectives and financial benefits to the organization
  • Lead end-to-end IBP process development and process step design 
  • Lead ongoing continuous process improvement and enhancement 
  • Lead executive level Integrated Business Planning meeting
  • Provide Global process training, guidance, and support  
  • Serve as IBP process knowledge expert for the organization  
  • Perform process health checks during the implementation phase, ensure process compliance
  • Facilitate timely resolution of cross-functional or process-related issues
  • Limited travel required

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with a background in Operations Planning, Marketing/Portfolio, and/or Finance preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process    
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is preferred
  • Advanced Level of English (Not negotiable)
  • Advanced Level of Spanish (Negotiable)

Technical Skills

  • Prior ERP experience - SAP, Power BI and Hyperion Financial Mgt (HFM) are a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Energy and passion to drive best-in-class organizational process change
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a professional presentation
  • Must be flexible, innovative, and comfortable in setting own priorities
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and summarize financial results  
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
