Job Description

当社製品(主に包装用フィルム)の品質に関わる業務全般

具体的には、
・客先で不良が発生した際の海外工場への連絡や品質改善要求(主にメール)
・暫定的な不良品の流出防止業務(在庫品の検品、不良ロットの隔離など)
・製造工場の調査結果や対策を基にした品質調査報告書の作成
・海外工場との品質に関する電話会議(4回程度/1ヶ月、主にマレーシアや中国との会議)
・品質関連文書の作成(試験成績書・納入仕様書・規格書など、定型のフォーマットがあります)
・SAP(ERPシステム)を使用した業務(在庫やロットの確認、出荷履歴の確認など)
・標準作業手順書(SOP)の作成や管理
・その他、品質に関わる業務全般

Qualifications

必須条件
・(国内や海外を問わず)製品の品質改善に関わるご経験
・(クレーム対応に限らず)営業職、または営業対応や顧客対応などのご経験
・協調性があり、電話やメール等で他部署と円滑なコミュニケーションが出来ること
・Word、Excel、PowerPointで基本的な資料作成ができること

歓迎条件
・営業やカスタマーサービスなどで、顧客クレームに対応したご経験がある方
・何かしらの形でISOに関わったことがある方

・営業部門と協力して、粘り強く製造元の海外工場に対して品質問題を改善していく意欲のある方
・業務の優先順位や必要な情報を判断し、能動的に行動が出来る方
