What does a Sales Development Specialist do?

Helps our clients optimize their online business management with our innovative solutions.

Why we need you?

  • Generating Leads: With the support of our Marketing team's data, you'll be reaching out to potential customers to understand their needs and see how our portfolio can benefit them.

  • Converting Leads into Customers: This involves a variety of tasks, including cold calling new companies every month, setting appointments for our Field Sales reps, and influencing both existing customers and prospects to purchase our products or services.

  • Managing Customer Relationships: You'll be directly responsible for managing assigned customers, keeping track of their consumption, and engaging with them to promote sales. This includes reaching out to dormant customers to revive their interest in our offerings.

  • Utilizing a Virtual Consultative Approach: You'll develop a deep understanding of customer needs and guide them through the sales process via phone calls, offering personalized insights and solutions rooted in our value proposition.

  • CRM Management: You'll be using our sales CRM, Pipedrive, to add, update, and manage the progression of leads and customer inquiries.


  • We need someone who can hit the ground running, bringing their own network and driving conversions through cold calling. You'll be the master of your own success, so independence is key.
  • If you've got a proven track record in Cold Calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via Phone, Email, and Web, then you're exactly who we're looking for. Your ability to connect with prospects across different channels will be crucial to your success.
  • We operate in a fast-paced environment where things can change in an instant. We need someone who can roll with the punches and step in to support our Customer Service and Trade Specialist teams when needed, even if it's only sporadically.
  • A tertiary degree or equivalent work experience is required. 
  • Strong knowledge or experience with O365, preferably with SAP too.
  • Fluency in English as a business language - written and verbal.
