Job Description
1 LABEL
1.1 Print core and carton label prior to the production run date according to the schedule.
1.2 Follow Work Instructions for selective customer as per schedule.
1.3 Print and pasting the labes following SOP using easy coder Printer.
1.4 Manage label process flow and record all damaged carton from line.
1.5 Involved with preventive maintenance with the Printer Vendor and schedule quartely service.
2 CORE
2.1 Cut the core prior to the production run date according to the schedule.
2.2 Follow the SOC, difference overage
2.3 Calculate and measure core size before cutting based on schedule requirement
2.4 Follow Work Instructions for selective customer in per schedule.
3 SINGLE WOUND (SW)
3.1 Running the machine prior to the production run date according to the schedule.
3.2 Operate the machine following SOP and SOC.
3.3 Check machine capability sheet to determine maximum and minimum parameters.
3.4 Able to run ad hoc as per required by advise from Planner.
3.5 Prepare a shift report at the conclusion of the shift
4 EREMA
4.1 Segregate the scrap from NCF.
4.2 Operate the machine following SOP and SOC.
4.3 Ensure the Synchronization Granulator
4.4 Segregate metal ( bullet stapler) go into the granulator.
Qualifications
1 Minimum SPM or certificate equivalent.
2 Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop a good working relationship in the organization.
3 Computer skills will be an added advantage.
4 Strong spoken and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
