Job Description

1. Manage the production line safely and efficiently in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Conditions.
2. Ensure the accuracy of equipment set up for product parameters and equipment parameters. Immediately report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
3. Line troubleshooting in a systematic approach to determine machine and process work as expected and explain to resolve the problem.
4. Provision of product at required roll per shift target.    
5. Facilitate maintenance during machine failures, including minor repairs. Execute comprehensive maintenance tasks, as well as manual operations such as packaging and loading.
6. Conduct a line inspection during the shift handover to confirm that the line is in optimal condition and to facilitate an effective transition at the end of the shift.
7. Verify the accurate quantity of rolls, resin, planned time, downtime, and packaging supplier once the production order is finalized in SymPLE. Print the pallet ID and affix it to the pallet. Adhere to any memos necessary for the SAP cutoff process.
8. Adhere to the scrap instructions, which dictate that scrap should be sent to the baler area. The scrap sent to the baler must be properly baled.
9. To perform activities such as packaging, core cutting, labeling, stretch wrapping, palletizing, and operating a forklift.
10.Implement and uphold effective housekeeping practices. Conduct cleaning of machinery, equipment rolls, workstations, roll dressing, robotic areas, palletizing zones, and the overall production environment.
11.Perform and assist in any duties (e.g. light maintenance, project, etc.) as requested by the Superior
12.Assist in the training of new production trainees, serving as a trainer to instruct and assess the assigned trainee throughout their skill application and qualification phase.
13.Adhere to and fulfill the BRC requirements and the quality plan.
14.Ensure the ongoing execution of the quality system, facilitate positive release, and engage in quality campaigns and quality submission QBO.
15.Prompt rework product and reply CAPA within the designated timeframe.
16.ZERO Harm - Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
17.Engaging actively in recognizing opportunities for enhancement and initiatives such as Kaizen, the 5 Whys, local Best Practices, and one-point lectures.
18.Implement continuous improvement project particular WAVE saving, BP-global Sharing and KTS-Key to Success.
19.Ensure that all data recording and documentation is completed accurately, including the PT report, parameters, line checklist, QC testing, roll audit, startup and shutdown checklist, as well as any data requested by superiors.
        

Qualifications

1.Diploma graduate, preferably in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
2.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and apply technical concepts effectively.
3.Proficient in English – able to read technical documents and communicate clearly.
4.Basic computer literacy – capable of using standard software tools and systems.
