Job Description

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. 
  • Repairs and maintains equipment in accordance with operations manuals and manufacturing specifications. 
  • Maintain gearboxes, pneumatics, conveyors, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring. 
  • Read machine electrical blueprints and problem-solve issues on equipment. 
  • Inspect used parts for wear and tolerances. 
  • Grease and lubricate equipment according to PM schedule. 
  • Rebuild equipment and repair / replace defective parts on machinery. 
  • Follow all company procedures regarding GMP’s and sanitation requirements. 

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a maintenance mechanic in a production environment, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, industrial experience preferred.
