Shift: Night - 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Rotating Shift Schedule
Shift Premium Amount: $1.00
Pay Rate: $21.28
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates equipment to produce finished goods to production specifications.
• Ability to safely STOP equipment during normal conditions and during an emergency.
• Sets machine up to SOC using the appropriate conditions.
• Uses a computer system to set run conditions and adjusts as necessary within SOC.
• Performs line start up and line shut down.
• Understands and safely operate equipment.
• Follows all training documents or standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the line safely and efficiently.
• Uses production reporting systems to fulfill job functions.
• Safely operates lab equipment.
• Understands all quality lab equipment and is able to operate and adjust as necessary to safely test film samples.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is desired.
• Ability to make sound decisions and follow guidelines.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• High awareness toward safety.
• Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
• College-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 40lbs.
• Eye/hand coordination.
