Account Executive

Job Description

• Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the main responsibilities include: -
• Manage daily costing - approve new material costing or re-costing & calculate landed cost & do some comparison or advise for the cost change. 
• Perform yearly costing exercise (cost change every year)
• Manage customer daily pricing.
• Manage inventory write off & stock adjustment.
• Assist in preparing new manufacturing cost statements and renewal requests.
• Perform quarter parts cycle count and yearly stock take exercise.
• Analyze and handle posting for inventory provision.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, leveraging the Blackline System.
• Participate in month-end closing processes and assist in preparing quarterly Interco Stock Elimination and inventory-related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and income tax schedules.
• Perform and participate in other ad hoc tasks assigned.
   

Education and Experiences

• Possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA or the equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Word and PowerPoint would be essential.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
