Summary

Responsible in planning and execution of plans for the promotion and sales of company products to meet assigned sales quota and in the rendition of after-sales-services such as collection, technical services in product development, trouble shooting and others as needed by the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and plan yearly activities to cover the whole area of responsibility / assignment.
  • Responsible for the translation of plans into workable monthly and weekly plans.
  • Review and assess on regular basis customers and potential customers of the area of responsibility.
  • Review customer’s receivable on regular/weekly basis. Include follow
  • up and collection of customer’s payables covered in itinerary.
  • Responsible for review of efficiency and effectiveness of weekly plan and its revision, if necessary.
  • To see to it that major accounts/customers are regularly visited, at least twice a month or as often as necessary especially during developmental stage of some projects.
  • To see to it that minor accounts are also visited and be kept abreast for any positive development like business expansion or development of new products.
  • To see to it that communication is established with customers outside Metro Manila.
  • Responsible in the dissemination of necessary information regarding company policies to customers relative to their business transaction with the company.
  • To see to it that customers are satisfied with our provision of goods and services.
  • To see to it that all customer’s concerns and complains, if any, are immediately and properly attended to.
  • Coordinates and inform immediately superior regarding development, concern or problem that arises at any point of work for proper action.
  • To render other sales, leadership or company related activity and other tasks as requested by superior or by the management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Food Technology, Engineering or related sciences
  • Computer literate
  • Articulate and proficient in both oral and written communication
  • With strong leadership skills and capability
  • Dynamic, customer and / or goal-oriented
  • Honest, sincere and with pleasing personality
  • A good team player and motivator
  • Preferably knows how to drive
