Job Summary:
The IT Business Process Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and supporting Sealed Air’s IT and business processes within various SAP modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), and Logistics. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement efficient processes and systems that align with the company’s strategic objectives in areas such as order management, distribution, customer fulfillment, finance, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement:
Analyze and map existing business processes across Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Logistics; identify areas for improvement; and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. - Solution Development & Implementation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions that optimize processes; configure and test system changes, including SAP module enhancements (SD, FICO, Logistics), to support business needs. - User Support & Training:
Provide training, troubleshooting, and support to end-users across relevant functions, ensuring alignment with best practices and internal policies. - Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Gather and document detailed business requirements for new projects and enhancements, ensuring that the solution design meets user needs and strategic goals. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP modules and business functions. - Reporting & Data Analysis:
Create reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. - Continuous Improvement:
Drive ongoing process improvements by staying up-to-date on industry best practices, new technologies, and updates to SAP modules, including SD, FICO, and Logistics.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT business process analysis, with exposure to Sales & Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), and Logistics functions.
- Strong background in SAP modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
- Skills:
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, and experience with systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
