IT Network Billing Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the end-to-end network billing process, including data collection, invoice generation, and reconciliation.
2. Ensure billing accuracy by analyzing network usage data and resolving any discrepancies.
3. Maintain and update billing records using SAP, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and tracked.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue reporting and timely invoicing.
5. Monitor and audit network billing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
6. Provide regular reports on billing performance, revenue, and any discrepancies.
7. Assist in the development and improvement of billing workflows and processes.
8. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address billing issues or disputes.
9. Stay updated on changes to network services and adjust billing processes as necessary.
10. Support network-related financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, preferably in IT or network services.
3. Proficient in SAP, with experience managing billing and financial processes within the software.
4. Strong understanding of network services and associated billing methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
7. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex billing issues.
