We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Technical Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on the technical aspects of managing master data, including understanding how our data management platforms create, change, and utilize master data. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT teams and system owners to ensure the effective use and governance of master data across systems such as SAP, MDG, Reltio, Syniti, and Salesforce (SFDC). The position requires deep technical expertise in data modeling, integration, and architecture for master data objects such as Vendor, Customer, Material, Product, Plant, and Work Center. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain technical designs, specifications, and data models for master data. 

• Implement and oversee master data integration between SAP and Non-SAP applications. 

• Support technical implementation of MDM solutions and platforms. 

• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to define data workflows, data synchronization, and data federation strategies. 

• Troubleshoot data issues and design solutions to enhance data consistency and quality. 

• Work closely with system architects to optimize data management platforms. 

• Ensure data management platforms support business and technical requirements. 

• Implement technical data quality and data governance solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in master data management or a technical analyst role. 

• Strong technical understanding of data management platforms and systems. 

• Proven experience working with SAP and related technologies. 

• Familiarity with master data management tools and technologies such as SAP MDG, Syniti, Reltio, Informatica or similar solutions 

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. 

Skills: 

• Strong technical skills in data modeling, data integration, and architecture. 

• Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and ETL processes. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams. 

• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
