Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Data Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing and interpreting HR data to create actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.
The Role Responsibilities

Transforms datasets into valuable insights that inform the design, execution, and evaluation of HR and overall people strategy.

Examine HR data to discern trends, patterns, and irregularities.

Work with Analytics Analysts to design reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.

Work with the People team and other departments to identify data needs and deliver analyses. Partner with internal stakeholders to convert analytics requirements into scalable solutions.

Develop predictive models to forecast HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Create quarterly enterprise people insights report (to be delivered to XLT at the process review or otherwise) that pulls together data from analytics dashboards and other sources in a meaningful way and points to action.

Create the Board of Directors P&C Committee HCM dashboard for each Board meeting.

Support any ad hoc requests from the Chief People Officer for information, data, and analyses.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.

Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.

Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in people analytics and human resources.

Establish and oversee a data dictionary, reporting inventory, and file integration inventory to enhance data integrity and ensure system transparency.

Conduct regular audits and validation processes to maintain data accuracy in all HR systems
What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analysis, specifically in an HR context.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and HRIS systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HR software and systems, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Certification in HR analytics or data science
