Job Description

The Territory Business Manager (Sales Hunter) will manage sales, forecasting, margins with current base customers and will develop new customers in his territory. This position will support our Product Care division. TBM will also work with all supporting areas such as Customer Service, Credit and Collection, Marketing, Packaging application center, Legal, etc. in order to grow his/her territory.

The TBM should accomplish an Annual Sales Target.


  • Keep and grow current base customer
  • Develop new customers
  • Keep and track leads and projects in C4C (Sales Pipeline)

Education & Skills

  • Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferably. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Design is also accepted.
  • Written and Spoken advanced level of English (not negotiable).
  • Experience from 1 to 3 years in direct sales.
  • Knowledge about the packaging industry preferably.
  • SAP
  • Excel


  • Driver´s License.
  • Availability to travel 80% of the time.
