Job Description

As part of the Credit and Collection team, you will be in charge of following and managing a customer’s portfolio for customers based in Belgium, 
Netherlands and Luxembourg by taking into consideration the financial objectives of our company and our internal policies (finance, sales, etc.).

•    Send daily reminders for unpaid invoices selecting the most appropriate and efficient mode (dunning letters, customers calls, emails….) 
•    Organize in relation with Credit and Collection Manager of the actions to be undertaken: 
     Customer order release
     Credit note refund
     Legal procedures
•    Check, set up and update of customer’s account in close cooperation with our shared service center: 
     Research for financial and commercial informations
     Financial health of the customer check
     Credit limit request and follow-up according to Group’s policies
•    Work with our shared service center in charge of payments (customer clearing, follow up of customer AR accuracy)
•    Work with other departments (Sales, Customer service…) to solve queries and continuous improvement 
•    Participate in improvement projects

Qualifications

●    language knowledge: Dutch, French & English 
●    Good verbal and written communication
●    SAP experience
●    1+ years of experience on similar position
●    Good interpersonal skills
●    Problem solving ability
●    Team worker
●    Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload
●    Understanding of wider impact of C&C processes and performance
●    Positive attitude
●    Computer literate – Excel & Word
