Job Description
• Perform data administration by managing / approving requested price conditions within the lead-time given.
• Review business proposals from sales. Assess and give feedback to Sales and leadership team.
• Assess results/impact of testing and identify deficiencies or concerns. Assist with developing reasonable and cost effective recommendations to address each.
• Work on indexation contracts, responsible for accurate administration of our indexed customer pricing.
• Perform ‘Make Good’ audits on Deals. Audit the actual customer performance vs the commitment as brought forward by sales.
• Flag price errors and inconsistencies.
• Ensure the update of Price Lists / Tools in collaboration with Portfolio Management to provide sales team with the accurate price guidelines respecting margin target levels.
• Provide pricing strategy to sales team based on forecasting and monitoring cost, working closely with Portfolio leads.
Qualifications
• Ability to keep an overview over the Financials with a good understanding of the underlying details.
• Demonstrated commitment to company goals and priorities.
• Ability to organize, manage and prioritize work for herself.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Can work independently and as a team member.
• Is a multi-tasker with proven follow-through and adherence to schedules and deadlines
• Maintain high level of confidentiality concerning proprietary information.
• Work cordially and professionally with internal and external constituents.
• Flexibility regarding changing priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Economics
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Fluent in English and one other main European language. Preference Spanish. More language skills are a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
