What does a Project and Infrastructure Engineer do?

As a Project and Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our facility operates at peak efficiency and complies with all safety, legal, and company standards. You will manage and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, fire protection, energy, and water-sewage systems. From supervising subcontractors to overseeing technical inspections and repairs, your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our building facilities.

 

Additionally, you will lead engineering and cost-saving projects, including investments in new or relocated equipment and machinery. You’ll be responsible for compiling technical documentation, collaborating across departments, and driving innovative improvements in product quality, machine operation, and safety standards.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

 

  • A technical education in fields like electromechanics, automation, or electronics.
  • Professional experience in the maintenance department of a production company.
  • Proven experience in managing plant infrastructure and overseeing facilities.
  • A strong understanding of engineering project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
