Job Description
1. Handle customer inquiry including order fulfillment and ensure that products have been delivered timely and properly.
2. Responsible for solving all routine problems and notifying the Customer Service Supervisor / Manager about those issues.
3. Perform jobs professionally according to the defined standard or working procedures.
4. Maintain positive relationships and contacts with customers, salespeople, supply chain and ensure that there is no impact on business operation.
5. Liaise with other parties concerned and work to leverage the collective resources of the function to optimize customer satisfaction and value to the company.
6. Order Management
- Enter order into the order system and ensure billing is successfully issued and accurate by following business and company guidelines
- Monitor order and shipment to ensure orders will be shipped without problem e.g., credit block, late goods issue
- Coordinate with the warehouse to manage accurate delivery of domestic orders to customers from local warehouse
- Provide necessary documents which are related to export orders, Free Trade Zone or international shipment e.g., shipping documents to ensure order and shipment will be arranged and released to the customer properly.
- Provide updated information about order and shipment status to customers
Qualifications
1. Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service function of B2B service environment.
3. Fair command in English both spoken and written and good computer literacy.
4. Passion to handle and interact with service to customers and working under pressure.
5. Good at communication, problem solving, collaborating skills
