¿Qué hace un Import/Export Specialist en SEE?
Un Especialista de Importación y Exportación en SEE, desempeña un papel crucial en la gestión eficiente y legal del flujo de bienes y servicios a través de las fronteras, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia operativa en todas las actividades de importación y exportación.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
- Contacto directo, coordinación y control de más de 5 agencias marítimas, más de 4 agentes de carga, 3 agentes aduanales y más de 7 depósitos fiscales en puertos y aeropuertos.
- Comunicación con organismos públicos, incluyendo Aduana, Secretaría de Industria y Comercio, RENPRE, Ministerio de Producción, AFIP, ANMAT e INAL.
- Coordinación y gestión del transporte terrestre local e internacional.
- Gestión directa con clientes del exterior, tanto interco (Brasil, Chile, Uruguay, México, Colombia, Perú, Sudáfrica y Estados Unidos) como directos (Paraguay y Bolivia).
- Gestión del envío de couriers y muestras para desarrollo a través de DHL, UPS, FEDEX y TNT, con envíos diarios de documentación por courier.
- Gestión de productos de Food Care, Product Care, equipos, repuestos y mantenimiento de planta, atendiendo a todas las líneas de ventas de la locación.
- Soporte a AP y Tesorería en pagos al exterior y cobros de exportaciones.
- Facturación de exportaciones y confección de listas de empaque.
¿Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito en esta posición?
- Manejo de SAP.
- Conocimientos básicos en Comercio Exterior.
- Inglés básico-intermedio.
