What does a People Experience Generalist do?

The People Experience Generalist works with the People Experience Manager in job sharing and supports in Switzerland for the entire employee life cycle. 

Why we need you?

  • To use your administrative skills to record and process all personnel processes as well as changes to the personnel master data.
  • To partner and cooperate with the external payroll provider and social security. 
  • To use your talent acquisition skills to support in recruiting employees and working with the recruiting Talent Acquisition hub.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the time system.
  • To use your talent to support and advice managers and employees in all HR-related topics.
     

Qualifications

  • Commercial training with specialist training in HR (HR Fachmann / Fachfrau) with professional experience in human resources.
  • Sound understanding of Swiss HR processes including labor law, payroll, and social security.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Strong analytical and well-organized working skills.
  • Exact, conscientious, and efficient way of working.
  • Service orientation and the ability to work in a team.
  • German native speaker and English language skills B2.
