Job Summary

Lead Fulfillment sector and sales team in Korea and drive profitable sales growth in FA, IB and other e-commerce business by continuously focusing on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise and local intelligence. 

Job Description

  • Lead Fulfillment sales team to achieve sales and financial targets 
  • Develop and execute the strategy and action plan for achieving and growing team and sector revenue in line with organization goals and country budget
  • Collaborate and support within a Protective team and join Protective/Commercial meetings whenever necessary
  • Focus on new business development at new and existing accounts within pricing/margin guidelines
  • Consistently update with market trends to track and anticipate both customer evolution as well as monitor any activities and market strategies of competitors
  • Take charge for project proposal including design, application, costing, timely submission in meeting project requirements and to the customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects.
  • Support the team for reporting, portfolio knowledge, co-ordination with all stakeholders eg. supply chain, finance, marketing, cs and etc
  • Prepare budget and business reports for Fulfillment sector
  • Support key marketing programs with appropriate sales development/trial programs
  • Drive operational efficiency - inventory control, AR, C4C management. 
  • Develop and coach the team – ensure high commitment and adequate competency level through regular training, clear goals setting, monitoring of performance and high-level engagement with the team.
  • Plan and support the hiring and training of new Sales Representative
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and execute it.
  • Execute any other business-related task assigned from time to time.
     

Qualifications

  • Possess a recognized university degree or equivalent in any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years demonstrable industrial sales and marketing /business development experience attained in established local/multinational companies preferably from the packaging industry.
  • Should possess a sound business acumen and desire to achieve.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all level.
  • Fluent in English as a business language - written and verbal is an advantage.
  • Resourceful, assertive, ability to prioritize, effective problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and good follow-up skill.
  • Strong integrity and high degree of flexibility and motivation.
  • Ability to identify problem & solve it from root cause
