Job Description

  • Develop the new packaging business in China Food Service & fluids industry.
  • Create & build new business opportunities with Sealed Air’s innovated solutions
  • Search and find new prospects through industry summit, conferences, exhibitions
  • Identify/qualify potential end-user applications and customers in the industries, and manage to follow them up to close the deals
  • Collect/Absorb/Analyze the market information, provide consultancy and predicted proposals to the company and report regularly
  • Organize the marketing events to accumulate experience/relationship in the industry

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years sales experience in Food services/Central Kitchen/Food processors, QSR/Bakery/Hot pot industry, familiar with Fluid or liquid packaging systems;
  • Or 3+ years working experience in packaging industry, sales development jobs preferred
  • Knowledge in food science strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactively thinking and planning, eager to succeed
  • Strong executive force,
  • Able to work independently and to deal with people at all levels within and outside the company
  • Be positive and aggressive to the career, able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Good presentation skills for product seminars and customer presentations
  • Team player in a matrix and independent organization
  • Working experience in packaging industries (such as Fluid packaging, beef, pork, poultry, sea foods) or Food industries (such as the Food service, Central Kitchen, QSR, sauce, vegetable and fruits, beverage, the dairy, the condiments) is preferable.
  • Innovative, able to listen and get customer needs and relate to reality
  • Project management skills
  • Willing and able to continuously learn
  • No antipathy to travel frequently
