Job Description
Systematic Contract Management
- Responsible for the whole process management of commercial contracts, including contract collection, sorting, filing, and systematic entry, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contract information.
- Establish and maintain the contract management system, standardize contract filing standards and retrieval procedures, and facilitate efficient query and review of contracts.
- Assist in contract compliance review, check contract terms related to price, payment and other commercial clauses, and coordinate with relevant departments to handle contract abnormalities.
SAP Daily Price Maintenance
- Undertake daily price maintenance in SAP system, including price entry, update, adjustment and verification of products, customers or regions, ensuring the consistency between system prices and commercial policies.
- Monitor price abnormalities in the system, timely feedback and handle price errors, and ensure the accuracy of price data to support sales order execution and billing work.
- Coordinate with the sales and pricing departments to confirm price adjustment requirements, and complete the system operation in a timely manner according to the approval process.
Relevant Report Generation
- Regularly generate commercial operation related reports, including contract statistics report, price maintenance report, price exception report, etc., to provide data support for business decision-making.
- Collect, sort out and analyze relevant operation data, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports, and put forward preliminary data suggestions if necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual commercial operation summary reports, and cooperate with the team to complete data collation and reporting work.
Other Relevant Work
- Maintain daily communication with sales, finance, PM and other departments to coordinate and solve problems related to contracts and prices. Assist in optimizing commercial operation processes, improve work efficiency and standardizing operation standards.
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
• Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant commercial operation experience, with experience in contract management and SAP price maintenance preferred.
• Familiar with commercial operation processes, and have a basic understanding of pricing management and contract management.
• Familiar with commercial contract management norms, with basic contract review ability.
• Proficient in SAP system operation, especially in price maintenance and data query functions.
• Familiar with Office software (Excel, Word, PPT), and able to use Excel for data sorting and analysis.
• Have good data sensitivity, strong attention to detail, and be able to ensure the accuracy of data and documents.
• Good communication and coordination ability, able to cooperate with multiple departments to complete work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and down-to-earth work attitude, and able to complete work tasks on time and with high quality.
• Proactive work attitude.
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new systems and work processes.
• Good English reading and writing ability, able to read and understand English work documents.
