Job Description

  • Covering Qingpu Plant all the 10 different operations, food packaging and protective packaging material line.
  • Lead the site PMS (Performance Management System) implementation, audit & assessment, supporting to ensure system robust and effectiveness.
  • Lead site Waste & Loss analysis to find new opportunities, and transfer to be project.
  • Managing all site improving project in implementation and Wave system.
  • Lead the plant FPMP (Finance Performance Managing process), using monthly finance result to identify key gap for improvement, and following related PDCA .
  • Managing site KPI system in different level.
  • Lead the plant to fulfill the annual Reinvent Saving target.
  • Work closely with Operation and other supporting functions to create site continuous improvement culture, and engaging everyone in daily Kaizen.
  • Acts as a trainer in Lean & Six Sigma tools.
  • Acts as a representative to engage regional Operational Excellence activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material science, Polymer science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-year experiences in continuous improvement. Lean/6 sigma GB certified as a  MUST, better to have BB certification.
  • Strong Project Management experience.
  • Fluent English read, write and communication.
  • Good computer skills. Knowledge in ERP system.
  • Good self-management skills, with the ability to function effectively as part of a cross functional team.
  • Strong capability in cross function communication and influence skill.
  • Strong ability to learn new knowledge, good coaching skills on operation side.
