Job Description

1.Record-keeping of raw materials, finished products, consumption rates and losses for bonded handbooks; daily management of imports and exports of bonded raw materials and finished products; allocation of item numbers for bonded handbooks; tax refund
for bonded handbooks and disposal of scrap; post-event accounting management for bonded handbooks.
2.Responsibility for classification of imported and exported goods, review of import and export business operations and compliance documents;
3.Responsibility for applying and handling relevant regulatory documents during the import and export process;
4.Responsibility for collecting, organizing and reviewing import and export exemption documents and customs clearance documents from suppliers on a daily basis, and handling import and export exemptions;
5.Responsibility for conducting import and export operations in the customs system on a daily basis;
6.Responsibility for reviewing the rationality of tariffs and value-added taxes generated during import and export and submitting claims;
7.Responsibility for daily communication with the customs broker and annual assessment;
8.Responsibility for complete, accurate and compliant archiving of relevant documents for import and export clearance;
9.Responsibility for handling specific tasks of departmental phased projects, tracking and monitoring of work progress, and ensuring that projects are implemented according to plan or properly adjusted;
10.Responsibility for assisting with internal audits of annual import and export business activities, identifying and recognizing compliance risks.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics management or related fields;
2.8 years or more of experience in import and export-related work;
3.Familiar with international trade practices or import and export operation practices;
4.Prior experience in import and export of packaging industry enterprises is preferred;
5.Possessing certain management skills and ability to handle pressure, strong learning and communication skills;
6.Possessing good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
