Global Quality Black Belt at SEE!

Are you an experienced problem-solver and project manager ready to drive quality improvements across multiple sites? Join us to lead cross-functional teams using the 8D problem-solving methodology and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage high-priority quality improvement projects.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams; oversee containment activities and Kaizen events.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations, trials, and data analysis to determine and address root causes.
  • Solution Implementation: Develop and select solutions; report on project status.
  • Technical Support: Assist technical leaders; and advocate for the 8D methodology.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in a manufacturing setting with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
  • Skills: Expertise in statistical and non-statistical techniques, project management, and effective communication.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Minitab or similar, and SAP or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and travel as needed.

Location and Travel:

  • Locations: Simpsonville, SC, exclusively.
  • Remote Work: Some tasks can be completed remotely; travel is required.
  • Relocation Assistance: Yes. (only within the US)
  • Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international; valid U.S. Passport required.
