Job Summary (Includes but is not limited to):
Accounting Administration:
· Process payroll (payroll entry, register reconciliation, ensure policy adherence)
· Audit/track: STD, FMLA, vacation, holiday, sickness, attendance, overall accuracy
· Respond to wage verification requests
· Communicate time/pay-related information (ensure policy adherence, create local guidelines as needed)
· Conduct timecard training for plant personnel
· Provide weekly attendance and overtime data to corporate
HR Administration:
· Administration of FMLA/STD/LOA programs in conjunction with third party vendors
· Assist with the coordination of internal transfers/realignments
· Assist the HR with LOA case management (FMLA/Non-FMLA/STD/LTD)
· Identify/track/recommend attendance counseling
· Provide support in the areas of benefit administration/customer service for plant personnel
· Provide additional support as needed (recruitment, event planning, etc.)
· Provide support to maintain functional needs during short-term absences of HR Manager
Qualifications:
· FMLA administration
· Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles
· Good understanding of team based, self-managing principles
· Experience with high volume operations
· Ability to prepare standard documents and reports using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· 3-5 years related experience with progressively responsible roles
