Job Overview
The CNC Programmer Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This position requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, machining processes, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled at troubleshooting issues that may arise during the machining process.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, G-code programming, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in programming, machine setup, and inspection of parts.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues, program errors, and process challenges.
- Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry, for measurements and adjustments.
- Machine Tool Experience: Experience with CNC lathes, mills, routers, and other related machinery.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, supervisors, and engineers.
