Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Accounts Payable Processor organizado(a) y orientado(a) al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. El objetivo principal de este puesto es garantizar la precisión, eficiencia y puntualidad en las transacciones financieras, apoyando procesos internos fluidos y manteniendo relaciones sólidas con nuestros socios estratégicos. Este puesto ofrece la oportunidad de impactar tanto en las operaciones diarias como en la salud financiera a largo plazo de la empresa.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
- Procesar facturas de proveedores y garantizar una codificación y captura de datos precisas.
- Conciliar facturas con órdenes de compra y verificar las aprobaciones correspondientes.
- Preparar y procesar pagos, incluyendo cheques, transferencias bancarias y electrónicas.
- Conciliar transacciones de cuentas por pagar.
- Responder a consultas de proveedores y resolver discrepancias en facturas.
- Mantener registros y documentación precisos de cuentas por pagar.
- Conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores según sea requerido.
- Responder a consultas de auditorías internas y externas.
