¿Qué harás como Financial Analyst en SEE?

Como Analista Financiero para el equipo comercial serás responsable del proceso de reembolsos de clientes de nuestra división de Protective y brindarás apoyo al equipo de distribuidores en lo que respecta a informes financieros. Serás responsable de asegurar que tengamos las provisiones correctas en el balance general y que los pagos sean precisos y se realicen de manera oportuna. También te asociarás con el equipo de Gestión de Canales para brindar apoyo según sea necesario para los informes de reembolsos, análisis ad-hoc y el desarrollo de contratos. Además, apoyarás el análisis de gastos de Ventas y Marketing para el negocio de Food and Protective en América del Norte.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

  • Calcular la provisión de reembolsos para el cierre mensual y asegurarse de que se registren correctamente en las cuentas financieras.
  • Preparar conciliaciones mensuales para respaldar la provisión de reembolsos de clientes en el balance general.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Administración de Ventas y Gestión de Canales para apoyar el proceso de pago de reembolsos, asegurando que los pagos sean precisos y estén alineados con el acuerdo de reembolsos del cliente.
  • Mantener una visión general de los acuerdos de reembolsos de clientes para asegurar una buena visibilidad y comprensión de todos los acuerdos de reembolsos.
  • Liderar el proceso de comisiones de distribuidores de APS, incluyendo acumulaciones, cálculos de pagos, procesamiento de pagos y distribución de estados de cuenta a los clientes.
  • Preparar informes de reembolsos para el equipo de Gestión de Canales.
  • Preparar y comunicar el informe de ventas y margen de contribución de Protective.
  • Apoyar el análisis ad-hoc, la mejora continua de procesos y proyectos especiales según sea necesario.

¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?

  • Experiencia en contabilidad general o análisis financiero.
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado (reporta a USA).
  • Experiencia con Blackline, SAP y sistemas de información financiera como Hyperion Enterprise (HFM) y Hyperion Planning.
