¿Qué harás como MDM Sr Architect en SEE?

Estamos buscando un Arquitecto Senior de Gestión de Datos Maestros (Master Data Management) con amplia experiencia en la industria manufacturera. Este rol es fundamental para diseñar e implementar procesos y tecnologías de datos maestros que gestionen la información crítica de clientes, proveedores, productos, materiales, ventas, entre otros, en toda la organización. El candidato ideal tendrá una extensa experiencia en la federación de datos entre aplicaciones SAP y no SAP, asegurando una integración fluida y una gobernanza de datos efectiva.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

  • Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de gestión de datos maestros y aplicar políticas de gobernanza de datos.
  • Diseñar y aplicar modelos de datos alineados con los requisitos del negocio.
  • Gestionar la federación de datos entre aplicaciones SAP y no SAP, asegurando una sincronización efectiva de los datos.
  • Definir, documentar y optimizar los procesos de MDM para diversos tipos de datos en colaboración con las partes interesadas.
  • Evaluar, seleccionar e implementar herramientas de MDM, como SAP MDG e Informatica, asegurando una integración fluida con los sistemas existentes.
  • Liderar un consejo de gobernanza de datos para monitorear y mejorar la calidad de los datos en toda la organización.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y orientación sobre las mejores prácticas de MDM para asegurar estándares consistentes de gestión de datos.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos de MDM.

¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?

  • Inglés conversacional avanzado (no negociable)
  • Experiencia en Master Data Management (MDM), arquitectura de datos o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia comprobada en la industria manufacturera y con aplicaciones SAP/no SAP.
  • Sólido entendimiento de la gobernanza y calidad de los datos.
  • Competencia en herramientas de MDM (por ejemplo, SAP MDG, Reltio, Talend).
  • Experiencia específica en SAP Business Partner (Cliente/Proveedor), SAP PP, SAP PM, Órdenes de Venta/Pricing, etc.
  • Amplio conocimiento en modelado de datos e integración.
