¿Qué harás como Financial Analyst Jr, FP&A Transformation?

Este puesto reporta al Gerente de Finanzas de Transformación y Análisis dentro del departamento de FP&A. Como Financial Analyst Junior, FP&A Tranformation en SEE, brindarás apoyo al programa de transformación "Cost Take Out to Grow" (CTO2Grow) y al proceso de Gestión de Proyectos de Capital. Este puesto también tendrá una línea de reporte indirecta al Vicepresidente de Desempeño Empresarial y al Director Ejecutivo de Finanzas de la Cadena de Suministro Global.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

Este rol es clave para garantizar la administración eficiente de los sistemas Wave (Transformación) y PPM (Proyectos de Capital), que son fundamentales para el éxito del programa CTO2GROW y la gestión de proyectos de capital. Necesitamos a alguien que pueda:

  • Supervisar la administración de estos sistemas, agregando nuevos campos y opciones de listas desplegables, así como probando su funcionalidad en entornos de prueba y producción.
  • Ser responsable de la gestión de usuarios y procesar solicitudes elevadas cuando sean no estándar.
  • Actuar como experto en el tema para los responsables de iniciativas, proporcionando capacitación y soporte en el uso de Wave y PPM.
  • Interactuar y brindar apoyo a los líderes de iniciativas, jefes de flujo de trabajo y líderes de programas/procesos.

Además, te necesitamos para respaldar los reportes del programa CTO2GROW y del proceso de gestión de proyectos de capital. Serás responsable de publicar extractos de datos, crear informes y asesorar a los jefes de flujo de trabajo sobre los nuevos desarrollos en los informes. Nos ayudarás a garantizar que la información reflejada sea precisa y coherente, y que se resuelvan cualquier discrepancia entre los sistemas y los reportes posteriores.

Por último, necesitamos a alguien que impulse la automatización de informes y la adopción de analítica. Mantendrás y reconciliarás informes cuando cambien las estructuras de datos subyacentes, construirás nuevos procesos analíticos, y documentarás procedimientos para garantizar una entrega eficiente. También serás un defensor del uso de herramientas como Power BI y Power Automate, mejorando los análisis a lo largo de la empresa.

¿Qué necesitarás para tener éxito?

  • Inglés avanzado conversacional.
  • Formación en Finanzas, Contabilidad o un campo relacionado requerido.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral, preferentemente en un entorno de finanzas corporativas multinacionales.
  • Preferentemente con experiencia con SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA y OneStream (o similar, como Hyperion).
  • Preferentemente con habilidades de modelado utilizando Excel, VBA o Power Query.
  • Se valora la familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI.
