¿Qué harás como IT Implementation Lead?

El Gerente de Programas y Portafolios supervisará un portafolio diverso de programas y proyectos globales, asegurando una entrega exitosa mediante una planificación, ejecución y gestión de recursos efectivas. Este puesto requiere experiencia liderando programas de transformación a gran escala, gestión del cambio e iniciativas tecnológicas en entornos complejos y multinacionales. La persona debe ser competente en la gestión financiera de programas, la asignación de recursos y la comunicación con las partes interesadas para alinearse con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

  • Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de programas globales, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, recursos y riesgos para entregar los programas a tiempo y dentro del alcance definido.
  • Supervisar estrategias de gestión del cambio y comunicación para impulsar la adopción y minimizar las interrupciones.
  • Optimizar procesos y aprovechar tecnologías empresariales para mejorar la eficiencia y los resultados.
  • Liderar iniciativas de transformación a gran escala, incluidas integraciones de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A) y reestructuraciones organizacionales.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?

 

  • Certificaciones: PMP, PgMP, Agile (e.g., SAFe) u otras certificaciones equivalentes en gestión de programas
  • Inglés conversacional (no negociable)
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando iniciativas complejas de transformación tecnológica y empresarial.
  • Experiencia trabajando con ecosistemas de SFDC, SAP y Microsoft
  • Experiencia en integraciones de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A), desinversiones u otras transformaciones a gran escala.
  • Habilidades analíticas con enfoque en la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Familiaridad con marcos de gestión del cambio como Prosci ADKAR.
