¿Qué harás como Sr Financial Analyst, Global Functions?

Reportando al Gerente Financiero, FP&A y Transformación dentro del equipo de FP&A Corporativo, el Analista Financiero Senior, Responsable de Funciones Globales, tiene la responsabilidad de colaborar con las organizaciones de Tecnología de la Información (TI), Innovación y Desarrollo (I&D), Ejecutiva y Administrativa (E&A), y Digital (DGX) para respaldar sus procesos financieros. El candidato exitoso contribuirá a todas las actividades relacionadas con FP&A para esas áreas, incluido el cierre de fin de mes, informes y análisis, pronóstico continuo, Plan Operativo Anual y el proceso de planificación estratégica plurianual. Además, la modelización financiera para nuevas inversiones de forma ad hoc será una responsabilidad clave para este rol. Este rol también tendrá una relación de reporte indirecta / de línea punteada con el Gerente Financiero, Funciones Globales – TI y Finanzas.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales Responsabilidades?

  • Garantizar la integridad del cierre mensual para proyectos de TI, I&D, E&A y DGX.
  • Mantener controles internos y un entorno conforme con GAAP.
  • Preparar informes rutinarios y análisis ad hoc para respaldar a los Gerentes Financieros.
  • Analizar variaciones vs. pronóstico, presupuesto y año anterior, identificando tendencias y acciones correctivas.
  • Brindar apoyo financiero y de toma de decisiones a los equipos de TI, I&D y DGX.
  • Asistir en la preparación de paquetes de revisión del Comité de Inversiones.
  • Asesorar sobre gestión de activos físicos y de software, y supervisar el CIP.
  • Apoyar procesos de pronóstico mensual, AOP y STRAP, coordinando actualizaciones en sistemas financieros.
  • Proporcionar soporte de Wave según sea necesario para socios comerciales de TI, I&D, E&A y DGX.
  • Identificar y poner en práctica mejoras continuas en procesos financieros.
  • Desarrollar e implementar informes Power BI y otras herramientas financieras automatizadas.
  • Resolver problemas analíticamente y de manera oportuna.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?

  • Experiencia laboral, preferiblemente en un entorno de finanzas corporativas multinacionales
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional (reporta a USA).
  • Sólida experiencia en SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA y OneStream (o similar, por ejemplo, Hyperion)
  • Fuertes habilidades de modelización con Excel, VBA o Power Query
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI es una ventaja
