What does a Sales Executive do?

Drives revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs. They are responsible for understanding market trends, maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

  • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing our Key Growth Sales Programs, driving our company's success.
  • Your continuous updating of product knowledge and understanding of our company's offerings will allow you to effectively communicate the value of our products in target markets.
  • Your collaboration with internal functions will help develop packaging solutions that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your ability to develop relationships, lead negotiations, and identify new business opportunities will be vital for expanding our market presence.
  • You will participate in relevant training to stay at the forefront of industry standards and practices.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure our operations adhere to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, BRC, and HACCP standards, maintaining the high quality and safety benchmarks our customers trust. Your comprehensive approach and dedication will be crucial to our continued growth and success in the protective packaging industry.

Qualifications

  • With at least a secondary education and relevant experience, you bring the necessary background to understand and navigate our industry.

  • Your flexibility and ability to work under stress ensure you can adapt to dynamic situations and maintain performance under pressure.

  • Your IT knowledge, especially with Word and Excel, enables you to efficiently manage documentation and data analysis. Your outstanding negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable terms and growing our business. Additionally, your accurate and precise work ethic ensures that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Your driving license allows you to travel as needed to manage and develop customer relationships effectively.

  • Excellent Hungarian and English knowledge is a must
