What does a People Reporting and Data Analyst do?

Designs, builds, and manages reports and dashboards in technology/platforms that show HR data and metrics. Workw with key stakeholders across the globe to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

  • Opportunity for Impact: As a Senior People Reporting and Data Analyst, you'll have the chance to directly impact HR strategy and decision-making by developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that visualize crucial HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, and performance.
  • Data Quality Assurance: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and dashboards, thereby enhancing the reliability of insights derived from HR data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Support: By creating user-friendly dashboards and providing training and support to stakeholders, you'll facilitate better understanding and utilization of HR data, fostering informed decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: This role offers the opportunity to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation, keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics and Power BI to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Environment: You'll collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and the HR data and systems team, ensuring alignment between data and reporting needs, and contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Statistics, or related field. 
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • The ideal candidate for the Senior People Reporting and Data Analyst role should possess advanced proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting and Power BI, encompassing expertise in data modeling, DAX, and visualization techniques.
  • Additionally, they should demonstrate proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, are essential.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, enabling the clear explanation of complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders, are also required.
  • Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
