Job Description
熟悉纸塑生产全流程，具备一定的生产体系搭建经验；熟悉掌握干压或湿压经验，纸塑成型机运作及调试; 负责生产现场管理，制定工作方案，保质保量按时完成各项工作任务及目标指标，全面推动EHS工作的开展
负责生产管理工作，制定作业规程、工作流程，保质保量按时完成各项工作任务及目标指标；
Be responsible for production management, formulate operation procedures and work processes, and complete work tasks and targets on time with quality and quantity guaranteed;
对生产设备、设施、生产、物料、成品入库、生产环境进行综合管理，对生产工艺、生产纪律执行进行管控
Comprehensive management of production equipment, facilities, production, materials, finished goods warehousing and production environment, and control of production process and production discipline implementation
负责制定部门年度预算，进行生产成本管控，有效合理的降低生产成本;
Responsible for formulating the annual budget of the department, controlling the production cost, and effectively and reasonably reducing the production cost.
负责员工的管理和培训，以及相关生产报表填写
Be responsible for the management and training of employees and the filling of relevant production reports
及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理化建议
Respond to production abnormalities in a timely manner, track problems found in a timely manner, and put forward reasonable suggestions
参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施
Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality
配合上级EHS团队，全面推动员工EHS本土化工作的开展
Cooperate with the superior EHS team to comprehensively promote the development of employees' EHS localization
Qualifications
1. 全日制大专或以上学历，专业不限
College degree or above, with unlimited majors
2.有纸塑行业3年以上生产或工程管理经验，有同行业从业经验者优先
More than 3 years of production or engineering management experience in the molded paper pulp industry, with industry experience preferred
3. 具有良好的英文书写能力和办公软件的使用操作技能
good command of English in both oral and writing, good computer skills;
